Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We will make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout. JC Farms is not responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address, and the package is not recoverable.

If you don't receive your order and the shipper has reported it as having been delivered, please call us as soon as possible at 828-644-8556 or email us at jcfarmsofnc@gmail.com. We will file a claim with the shipper and local law enforcement and refund your order when an investigation is complete. Allow up to 30 days for a determination.
Return & Exchange Policy

We offer refunds within the first 30 days of purchase. If 30 days has passed you will not be offered a refund.
Your item must be unused, in its original packaging with all applicable safety seals intact. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following are exempt from refunds:

* Perishable food Items
* Sale Items
* Items returned after 30 days from delivery
* Items not in their original condition.
When approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
